ClinIQ Tech is a clinic management and electronic medical records (EMR) system designed to help healthcare providers manage patient records, appointments, and daily clinic operations.

Is there a setup fee?

No—there’s no setup fee. We’ve made it easy to get started instantly with zero upfront commitment. Clinics are responsible for entering their own patient records, but we also offer optional data encoding services as an add-on.

How do I start using ClinIQ Tech?

After signup, our team sets up your clinic system. We then guide you through the platform, and you begin using ClinIQ Tech for your daily operations.

How much does ClinIQ Tech cost?

Only ₱999/month—no upfront cost, no barriers. Start using ClinIQ Tech right away.

Are there any additional fees?

No. ClinIQ Tech does not charge per consultation fees, commission or percentage cuts, or any hidden charges.

How does SMS Reminder pricing work?

SMS Reminder is an optional add-on with no setup fee and a cost of ₱1 per SMS sent. Messages follow the standard 160-character format (including spaces and symbols), and longer messages are automatically segmented to ensure reliable delivery.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You may cancel anytime by contacting support. Access will continue until the end of your billing period.
