By using ClinIQ Tech, you agree to the following terms:

Use of Service

ClinIQ Tech is intended for use by healthcare professionals and clinic staff.

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Use the system responsibly

Fees and Payments

  • A ₱5,000 one-time setup fee is required before activation.
  • A ₱999 monthly subscription fee applies for continued use.
  • Payments must be made on time to maintain access to the service.

Setup Scope

The setup fee includes system configuration and onboarding support.

Warning: Patient data encoding is not included and remains the responsibility of the clinic.

Data Responsibility

Accuracy

Correctness of all patient data entered

Proper Use

Responsible use of the system features

Security

Confidentiality of login credentials

Service Availability

ClinIQ Tech aims to provide reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance or unexpected downtime may occur.

Limitation of Liability

ClinIQ Tech is a software tool and is not responsible for:

  • Medical decisions or clinical outcomes
  • Errors in patient data entered by users
  • Losses resulting from misuse of the system

Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or use the system unlawfully.

Termination

Users may cancel their subscription at any time. Access remains active until the end of the billing period.

Changes to Terms

ClinIQ Tech may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service means acceptance of the updated terms.
